Adrian grew up in the Philippines and moved to California when he was 15. He joined the U.S. Navy after graduating high school where he learned to work hard, persevere, communicate effectively, and work as a team. He soon attended one of the top universities in the US, the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics where he was also an athlete representing the University's rowing team, winning medals along the way.

Started as a mortgage loan officer, through his experience in the Navy and as a college athlete, Adrian has not only guided many families in buying their dream homes but has also developed an extensive background in the real estate industry.
